Experience in operations, sales, or project management is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to set you up for success. The ideal candidate is business-minded, relationship-oriented, and motivated to make a positive impact in their community while achieving strong financial results.
Training and Support
Initial Training & Onboarding
Franchisees begin with a five-day training at headquarters in St. Louis covering business operations, estimating, marketing, and restoration techniques, followed by three to five days of hands-on experience at an operating franchise. A regional development team member then visits on-site to assist with setup and launch. Training also includes a one-week immersive program and IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification.
Online Training Platform
Access a comprehensive online learning hub featuring instructional videos, demonstrations, guides, and performance charts—available 24/7 and searchable by topic or keyword. Modules are assignable and trackable by role, ensuring tailored team development.
Ongoing Coaching & Support
Enjoy weekly one-on-one coaching calls with a Regional Director for the first 24 weeks, 24/7 corporate support for operational or technical needs, and a peer network to share best practices.
