• Financing Assistance—Our Financing team will work with you to create a plan and secure the financing you need to open a Goddard School.
• Real Estate Acquisition—Find the perfect location for your school with the help of our Real Estate team. From market analytics and sourcing the real estate to site tours and advising throughout the negotiation process, they provide hands-on support.
• Construction Oversight— The Construction Team will support you through the construction of your school, regardless of whether you are building from the ground up or modifying an existing space, to ensure that it meets Goddard’s brand specifications.
