Who we're looking for
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 10 years business experience. Ideally B 2 B. Needs some sales experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing others. Be able to follow processes and manage those through others. Multi-tasking a must. Able to follow through on commitments. Understand the difference between doing what you like vs doing what you have too for business success. Not afraid of technology, but embraces it. Resourceful and a creative thinker.
First Competency:
Sales & Channel Planning - People with strong sales and channeling skills are responsible, self-confident and driven for success. They are good at analyzing data and assessing problem situations. They are excellent rapport builders, comfortable talking about money and able to help others come to decisions.
Second Competency:
Leadership & Vision - People with this skill set create the culture and set the pace for the business. They are both analytical and visionary - taking full responsibility for all fiscal and operational management support of the organization.
