Training and Support

The pathway to becoming a Sylvan franchisee progresses according to a 90-day schedule and provides comprehensive support every step of the way. Sylvan Learning Center owners are provided with regular and recurring support programs designed to address the needs of running a successful franchise. In all, Sylvan franchisees can expect three weeks of classroom training, followed by one-on-one, on-the-job training with a dedicated franchise business consultant.
