Who we're looking for

An ideal candidate of a Surf City Squeeze franchise is one with restaurant experience, A person who understands the importance of health and fitness. A person who has the passion to deliver excellent customer service and is a leader who knows how to mentor, organize and train.

It takes an average of four to eight months to open the doors of a franchise once submission of the application occurs. You should be financially stable and ready to work hard during that time period and beyond.

If you need financing, Surf City Squeeze does not provide financing, but has a large referral list of companies you can work with. You do not need to have a location selected when you first contact Surf City Squeeze as potential owners will receive assistance in site location.

Any experience with reports, operations, marketing or financials is a plus but not required.

Training and Support

Classroom and in-store training is offered for new franchisees. Owners spend five days at the Kahala Training & Education Center (KTEC) in Scottsdale, Arizona.
