Who we're looking for

We look for candidates with strong managerial and communication skills, who have made a career out of and enjoy working with and developing people. As a Sport Clips franchisee, you will work with the store manager on a weekly basis to drive results at the store level and ultimately work to oversee multiple units. Your primary responsibility is to build a great culture and work environment for your people and then market your business to drive client counts and sales higher.
