Training and Support
At Scenthound, you’ll never go it alone. From your very first day, our experienced team provides the tools, knowledge, and hands-on training needed to help you confidently open and operate your Scenter.
Franchisees begin with a comprehensive training program at our headquarters in Jupiter, Florida, where you’ll be immersed in our culture, systems, and values. You’ll learn every aspect of the business—from operations and marketing to customer service and team leadership—while gaining hands-on experience in a live Scenter environment. Our signature S.C.E.N.T. Training curriculum (Skin, Coat, Ears, Nails, and Teeth) ensures you and your team understand how to deliver consistent, high-quality dog wellness services.
Before, during, and after your grand opening, you’ll receive ongoing support from our corporate team, including business coaching, marketing and technology assistance, and regular performance check-ins. Field representatives and operations specialists provide one-on-one guidance to ensure your continued success.
