Rush Bowls is a small scale, simple restaurant concept serving blended fruit bowls and smoothies.
Rush Bowls is reinventing nutrition with a delicious new take on your favorite meal, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our anytime bowls burst with flavor and satisfy with fresh, filling, all-natural ingredients. A Rush Bowl is prepared with milk or juice, blended with frozen fruit and vegetables, then topped with granola, honey, and fresh fruit plus other nutritious topping options. We have built a streamlined business model featuring few moving parts (no cooking, grills, or hoods), small footprints, low labor counts, easy-to-replicate recipes, and no food waste or spoilage.
Rush Bowls is making a strong push into non-traditional sites (kiosks, airports, sports stadiums, mobile units, etc.) which opens up additional avenues for franchisees.

Who we're looking for
Rush Bowls franchisees have a passion for health, wellness and fitness, and desire to provide a healthy meal option to their community. Franchisees enjoy a forward facing role to their community, forming relationships with regular customers and partnering with local organizations. Franchisees build loyal teams and provide a fun and exciting workplace for their employees. Rush Bowls franchisees enjoy a light administrative work load, allowing them to focus on building the brand in their community.
Owner/Operator model:
Franchise owner is present in the daily operations of the store serving customers. Daily activities include preparing and serving product, connecting with customers, managing staff, ordering inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Semi-absentee model:
Franchisee is focused on getting the right team of staff in place to run the daily operations of the store. This allows the franchisee to focus on community integration, forming relationships with schools, organizations/sports teams, gyms/fitness centers, etc.
Training and Support
- Online franchisee portal
- Ongoing access to training videos, standard operating materials, marketing assets, etc.
- Full suite commercial real estate support
- Assistant on site research/selection, data/demographic analysis, and lease negotiation.
- New restaurant opening (NRO) support
- Project management software detailing all that needs to be accomplished to get the store open.
- Weekly meetings with the team throughout this entire process.
- On-site training
- In-person training occurs at the franchisee’s store, where they will actually be operating.
- Rush Bowls training team will train the owners and initial staff during an all-encompassing training program to set the store up for success.

- Weekly meetings continued as long as franchisee would like.
