Training and Support

We meet you where you are and guide your first year with clear milestones and real coaching.

• Comprehensive training: Our twelve-month training program includes eight weeks of pre-opening training, one week of classroom collaboration and a one-year QuickStart program featuring one-on-one coaching and skills development. On demand E-learning programs and live training will further educate and develop your team members.
• Growing your business: Qualicare Business Coaches work with you and your staff in your territory. Together we build your launch plan, accelerate your startup activities, and identify near term and long term growth opportunities across referral development, recruiting, service mix, and financial rhythm.
• Ongoing support: We are fully committed to your success. Qualicare provides infrastructure, education, and tools so you can operate with confidence. One to one coaching is a core part of the model, complemented by QConnect peer calls, regional meetings, performance groups, and quarterly business reviews.
