A successful Pizza Factory franchisee wants to be their own boss with the support of our team and in collaboration with our network of owners. They want to serve awesome food – not just any food – but food that makes people say WOW. Our franchisees care about their communities and want to make them better places to live, work and go to school. They want to provide jobs and help boost their local economy, and build a legacy for future generations to enjoy. Pizza Factory franchisees are hardworking with a can-do attitude.

Training and Support

Support starts the day you are awarded your franchise to operate as a Pizza Factory. We do not award franchises just to increase our number of store fronts – we want successful, happy franchisees that enjoy and are passionate about what they do! Our award for high franchisee satisfaction was earned by our continuing education for both the corporate staff and franchisee and our sincere desire to help you be an awesome Pizza Factory franchisee.

Training is approximately (225- 237) hours starting with 4 days in a training kitchen where you are one on one with our Food and Beverage Supervisor, Bryan Ross. Once completed, you move on to a training store for approximately 3 weeks and additional classroom time at our corporate office.

Ongoing support is provided by our team via our franchisee support team and our field support representatives. Whether via marketing support, ongoing research and development, brand and trademark management, technical support, strategic planning, and many more areas - our team is always working to support your Pizza Factory. Your field support will visit your location on a regular basis to assist you on-site with questions, concerns, and to ensure you’re making the most out of the many resources available to help you grow.
