Training and Support
No experience? No problem. Our staff has 40+ years of industry experience. We leverage that experience in our comprehensive training program that gives our franchisees the skills and tools that they need to succeed.
Ongoing Support & Systems
- Daily calls with mentor and/or corporate for the first 60 days.
- Weekly conference calls with franchise partners and corporations.
- Franchise partners are given cell numbers of ownership, mentors, and any other trainers for continual support as needed.
- Quarterly goal-setting and financial review meetings.
- Software / App system to communicate with painters in the field that benefits those who do not speak English as a first language.
