Who we're looking for

Desired background of prospects and Ideal candidate we are not looking for people that want to work on customers’ lawns! Multi-unit ambitions and marketing and sales experience are a plus. We want an owner who is personable, great with follow-up, communication and believes in customer satisfaction. We seek candidates who have an empire builder mentality.

Training and Support

Lawn Doctor Franchisees receive a comprehensive eight-day training program with complete marketing and customer management support. Our in-house training includes classroom and hands-on instruction on all aspects of the business including business planning, technology, agronomy, equipment, accounting, labor force, marketing, and sales.
