Kiddie Academy® is a leader in early childhood education that’s addressing the increasing demand for child care across the country. Since 1981, Kiddie Academy has been serving families by offering full-time, part-time, before- and after-school care and summer camp programs for children ages six weeks to 12 years. Its proprietary Life Essentials® curriculum, supporting programs, methods, activities, and techniques effectively prepare children for life, educating and encouraging them to go above and beyond both in and out of the classroom.

Kiddie Academy’s ideal candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to work for themselves and impact the lives of children. You don’t even need to have a background in running your own business, education, or even child care to operate a Kiddie Academy franchise. Kiddie Academy helps Franchisees from diverse backgrounds achieve their personal goals through its proven franchise model.

Training and Support

Kiddie Academy® Franchisees receive dedicated support from full-time subject matter experts who help open and operate Academies. Kiddie Academy’s experienced team helps Franchisees establish goals and offer the tools and training needed to achieve them. This includes support across site selection, financing, construction, marketing, technology, ongoing franchise support, multi-unit opportunities, and of course, franchise training designed by Kiddie Academy’s Learning and Development department. Kiddie Academy Franchisees are immediately introduced to helpful resources such as Kiddie Academy University, Kiddie Academy’s exclusive online learning platform. By the time Franchisees begin classroom and hands-on training at Kiddie Academy headquarters, they'll already have a strong sense of the Kiddie Academy brand and best practices. From there, they’ll learn all about Kiddie Academy’s proprietary Life Essentials® curriculum and its comprehensive operating practices.
