Training and Support

The Home Matters Training and Support is an ongoing process designed to enable new franchise owners to launch and grow their Home Matters business successfully.

The training program consists of several modules including:

• Licensing
• Pre-Training
• Home Matters University
• Agency launch
• Ongoing Support

The licensing and pre-training modules lead up to a week at Home Matters University where you’ll experience classroom sessions with our instructors learning the Home Matters playbook for success. You'll take back a system for growing your home care agency and succeeding through a disciplined approach to care. You’ll also learn about the done-for-you support options where our Central Support Services can help agency owners get off to a quick start with their sales and marketing.

As you move through the training, you will work with our team members to check tasks off your list one by one. The entire training system is designed to keep you organized and to give you the best opportunity to hit the ground running once you officially launch your Home Matters business. You’ll then participate in ongoing weekly support calls to help you stay on track with your growth goals.
