Who we're looking for

Our ideal candidate is willing to work hard, and is passionate about our mission to provide premium self-care services to everyone can find success with Hand & Stone. We are looking for Health & Wellness advocates, current multi-unit franchisees of other brands, pivoting executive looking for their second act, Private Equity investors, and Veterans. Financially, we require $150,000 liquidity and $750,000 net worth.

Training and Support

From pre-opening to grand opening and beyond, the Hand & Stone franchise team is with you every step of the way. Our work together begins before the doors ever open. The Hand & Stone franchise team offers real estate, project management, and construction & design services to make your new location the most inviting, luxurious wellness facility in your new community.

The Hand & Stone franchise training program includes a mix of virtual, classroom and hands-on learning for your entire team. New Franchisee Training is for a full week of learning at the Hand & Stone headquarters in Trevose, PA covering all facets of the business, including our company culture, operations & customer service, sales & marketing, and more. Our Manager Development Training is a four-day training session hosted by the Operations team that focuses on managerial roles & responsibilities for your new franchise business. Prior to opening, Hand & Stone corporate trainers will spend five days at your spa, with specialized training programs for massage therapists and licensed estheticians.

A Three-Pronged Marketing Strategy

Hand & Stone’s Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs), Field Marketing Managers (FMMs), and Kepler work together to drive spa performance through aligned operational and marketing strategies. FBCs focus on business performance and profitability, while FMMs manage local marketing execution and budget support, and Kepler leads digital media strategy, execution, and analytics. Together, they ensure customized, data-driven plans that boost traffic, membership growth, and overall 4-wall profitability.
