Who we're looking for

The ideal Caribou Coffee franchisee is an experienced multi-unit operator who is ready to commit to opening 10 or more locations. They should have a minimum of $3 million in cash/liquid assets and have past experience in food & beverage and/or franchise operations. International requirements may vary by market, but in all cases, potential operators should be well-capitalized and ready to commit to opening a specific number of coffeehouses within a set timeframe.
