Training and Support

BODYBAR Pilates delivers a robust training and support system designed to give every franchisee confidence from day one and ongoing guidance as they grow.

Initial Training

• 30 hours of online owner training covering operations, branding, technology, and business fundamentals.
• 1 week of in-person Owner Training in Dallas for hands-on instruction in daily operations, marketing, and leadership.
• 1 week of Instructor & Studio Manager Training in Dallas to ensure exceptional class delivery and a consistent member experience.
• Instructor training cost: $7,500 (airfare and lodging not included).

Launch Support

• Site selection assistance to identify the right market and location.
• Lease negotiation support to help secure favorable terms and reduce risk.

Ongoing Support

• Dedicated mentor assigned after training, providing continuous coaching and guidance.
• Ongoing operational support, best practices, and access to an experienced corporate team.
• Continuous training opportunities to help owners and instructors stay current with systems, programming, and brand standards.
