Who we're looking for

The ideal candidates for Blackjack Pizza are people who love pizza, the food and beverage business, have a desire to grow a future and who want a long-term reliable source of income. Creativity is encouraged in both product and services.

The right candidates want to be part of a multi-billion regional organization and have the desire to deliver awesome customer service. They are strong leaders and have a passion to excel at their work. Any past restaurant experience is a bonus. Good math skills, organization skills and the ability to communicate with employees and customers are also preferred.

Training and Support

Training is available at least four times a year. Initial training consists of up to 20 business days of classroom and on-the-job training related to opening the franchise. Up to two individuals are eligible to participate without incurring additional fees. Transportation, lodging and other associated expenses are the responsibility of the attendees.
