We have two aspects to the business: We provide in-home support to our clients to help them remain safely in their own homes. And, we provide staffing solutions to health care institutions such as nursing homes, to help them remain correctly staffed at all times. We even contract with other home health care agencies and insurance companies to provide licensed medical staff..

PHS provides licensed staff for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and institutions such as hospitals. Due to institutions today scaling back on retaining a large pool of employees, PHS is able to step in and provide temporary solutions to help manage unexpected staffing shortages. We maintain a network of licensed providers so we can respond quickly, helping our institutional customers staff up as needed.
