Inner Circle Franchise for Sale

Inner Circle Peer Groups

Can you hold your own at a table of other entrepreneurs? Are you good at establishing rapport and building relationships with people? Do you have a soft spot for the small/mid-size business owner? Do you want a business model with low time commitments and a high degree of flexibility?

If so, owning a peer advisory group franchise with Inner Circle may be right for you. Our franchise owners offer monthly, facilitated meetings that bring together local non-competing business owners in a confidential environment to work on vision clarification, issue resolution, opportunity identification and work/life balance. In a recent survey, 97% of Inner Circle peer group members report better decision making ability because they belonged to a Circle group. As the business owner, you can facilitate the groups yourself or bring on Associates (or both).

Business Model Advantages

  • Recurring revenue stream from membership fees - there are business owners who have been in their Inner Circle group for 15 years.
  • Home-based business with extremely low overhead.
  • Large target market: business owners with $1M-$50M in annual revenues.
  • Each Inner Circle group only requires about 16 hours of total time per month (including the meeting itself).
  • Our structured meeting format and Vision Quest process strongly differentiate us from the competition and drive positive outcomes for group members which keeps them renewing their memberships.
  • Franchisees can start as many groups as they want within their territory.
  • Can be an adjunct opportunity for someone who currently owns a synergistic business (such as coaching, consulting, etc.).
  • Engaging, fun and rewarding; many franchisees state they've finally found the work they were put on this earth to do.

"I was a business owner who loved being in business. After selling my company, I still needed to be involved. Inner Circle was the clear answer for me. Inner Circle allows me to be involved in 30 or 40 businesses all at the same time. It really keeps my juices going. I enjoy the process of meeting new people and learning about their businesses - whether they choose to become members or not."

FAQs
What is the role of the franchisee?
Franchisees are responsible for recruiting members and forming Inner Circle® groups. They do this through their existing networks, through direct mail campaigns, through public speaking and more. High quality materials and support are provided by the franchise. Franchisees also facilitate the monthly meetings, bringing value to the group through the application of good facilitation skills: asking probing questions, drawing all members into the discussion to encourage balanced participation, keeping the meeting on task and on time, and often just fading into the background and allowing the group to do its work. The franchisee may also choose to use Associates, who can assist with some or all of the above mentioned responsibilities.

How does the typical Inner Circle franchisee operate their business and how much time do they spend?
Inner Circle franchisees spend one morning a month facilitating each of their Inner Circle meetings. The meetings are three hours in length, scheduled on a fixed day (example - second Tuesday), and are held at a hotel or other meeting center. Other activities include marketing the Inner Circle model to the local business community and recruiting new members. After the initial start-up phase, franchisees generally spend only a few hours a week on administrative responsibilities; the operation is simple and flexible. Most of the time is spent interacting with current members or potential members, discussing issues, preparing members for upcoming presentations, considering new ideas and putting members in touch with resources. Most franchisees operate their office out of their home.

What makes an ideal Inner Circle franchisee?
The ideal franchisee is a seasoned business professional and entrepreneur who is well connected and highly respected in their local community. A franchisee must be other-centered and empathetic. This is an essential aspect to operating within the Inner Circle system.
