Chef Russo is the founder of two great brands Russo New York Pizzeria and Russo Coal Fired Italian Kitchen. He has developed by using the Russo's family recipe and started since 1978. His franchising of his two brands began in 1994. Today between the two brands there are 48 locations opened nationwide and international. Russo's New York Pizzeria is highly acclaimed brand within the Top Emerging Brands in 2016.

Russo's is well known for hand-tossed, hand-made, brick-oven, coal fired New York-style pizzas, flat bread sandwiches are far from "deli-style", created with an Italian-style street food flavor. Number one, and well loved by all are the pasta dishes ranging from Classics, to Classics with a twist. The ingredients are imported from the Award Winning Olive Oil and aged balsamic vinegar. Pecorino Romano and mozzarella cheeses are made in house fresh daily.
