1. The Store ConceptThrough over 30 years of experience and refinement, we deliver to you a store concept designed to help you capture the picture framing and art business in your local market. we put a premium on helping you find the best home for your store. Our perfect site is a strip center-type mall that is located near a large population of mid-to-upper income home owners. We seek a site that is easily accessible, very visible, and filled with other retailers that will attract our primary shopper who is a woman, 25+ years of age, whose household income puts her in the middle of the market and above.
3. The Training The Great Frame Up features an 10 day training program at our Franchise Support Center in St. Louis, MO that covers all technical aspects of picture framing and art as well as store management and marketing. It is designed to give you the skills to satisfy every customer.
4. The Marketing The Great Frame Up is focused on providing you with comprehensive marketing support to build your presence and business in your local area.

For your new store, our marketing support starts with a one year plan.
Once your store is up and running, our marketing support encompasses helping you prepare an ongoing marketing plan.
These programs include a Frequent Framer Program, a consumer newsletter called Great News, a high school support program called Creative Self Expression, and Commercial Selling materials to name a few.
Beyond the marketing support we provide to your individual store, we have radio and TV spots that you may choose to run in your local market. In addition, we also use the Internet to build more awareness for all stores.
To support these efforts, we have an in house marketing department. You and the other store owners are our one and only client. And our goal is to make The Great Frame Up the best known, best liked picture framing and art store in your community and around the country.
