Absolute Best Care is a Search and Consulting Agency and the caregivers you place work directly for the hiring families. As the owner of an agency, you act as the broker; charging a registration and placement fee based on the gross salary of the caregiver. The registration fee ensures that you only are dealing with serious inquiries. Weekly payroll and liability for the nanny is the responsibility of the hiring family, not Absolute Best Care.
